How do I solve hardware-related problems? QuiqMeds maintains a technical support department to assist you in solving any hardware-related problems. |

| Can I choose the items that are in my ICC? We presently have a formulary of over 100 items and growing. These medications have been chosen by our Medical Director to represent items that are of use in your type of practice. We will work with you to choose a catalog of about 35-40 items that you feel will best serve your patient base. |

| What happens when a drug manufacturer issues a recall? When a drug manufacturer issues a recall, the QuiqMeds system is designed to allow you to easily and quickly identify any patient that received that item. The electronic transaction log can automatically generate the necessary list and we can assist you in contacting the patients. This service is more efficient than the processes that exist today in most retail pharmacies. |

| Can I manage finances and cash flow? QuiqMeds creates a sales report for you each day that allows you to reconcile your cash collected. |

| Can QuiqMeds provide special shipping and handling in emergency situations? Yes. Our local service center maintains inventory for this purpose. Additional shipping charges may be added for special shipping requests. |

| Will I need new staff or special training for my staff? No new or additional staff is necessary. Training of the current staff is included in our installation process and requires less than an hour. Most staff members find that the system is so easy to use that they require almost no support, and their patients are so appreciative that this makes their work day easier. The QuiqMeds System in your office will appreciably reduce the numbers of daily calls from pharmacies concerning refills, patient verification, interpretation of what was written, prescription plan formulary non-coverage and generic substitution. |

| How do I decide on my initial inventory? Our QuiqMeds envoy will work with you and your staff to determine which items are most commonly prescribed in your office. We can also offer you a form that allows you to track your prescribing patterns in advance to help with this process. |

| Can I dispense schedule II, III and IV pharmaceuticals with the QuiqMeds system? Yes. We expect to be adding a formulary of these items and the necessary software modifications within the second quarter of 2008 |
