QuiqMeds™ Elects Two New Directors

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - November 29, 2006

QuiqMeds™, a division of Quiq LLC based in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, has elected two new members – Lawrence J. Kessel, M.D. and Walter Witoshkin – to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Kessel, of Lafayette Hill, PA, is President and managing partner of Lawrence J. Kessel, MD & Associates, PC (Philadelphia, PA), a four-physician practice specializing in internal medicine and geriatrics. Board certified in internal medicine with additional qualifications as a diplomat in geriatric medicine, Dr. Kessel is an attending physician and clinical instructor on the staffs of Chestnut Hill Hospital and Roxborough Memorial Hospital, both in Philadelphia; he is also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at Temple University Medical School. He has served on the medical advisory board of Independence Blue Cross, and has also served as a director on boards of several biotechnology companies, including Genta Inc., PolaRx, Keryx Inc., Dor Biopharma, Cypress Bioscience Inc., and NovaDel Pharma Inc.

Walter Witoshkin, a resident of New Hope, PA, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of QuantRx Biomedical Corporation (Ambler, PA), a medical technology company with leading edge diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. Mr. Witoshkin has held executive positions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries including senior financial positions at Wyeth Labs (American Cyanimade); VP Business Development and CFO positions at SmithKline Beecham (now Glaxo SmithKline), and Menley & James Laboratories, Inc. He is a founding partner of the Trident Group, a global consultancy company to the pharmaceutical industry.
